高樓層景觀不錯，這是唯一優點入住時被要求付旅遊稅，告知前台已付款費用裡包含了旅遊稅，前台又要求出示訂單界面，還把手機拿過去研究，一連串舉動讓人很不舒服房型極其怪異，進屋就是床，空調出風口也對著床，睡覺時衹能關閉空調，還好天氣不熱設施老舊，花灑是固定在牆上的，不能取下來。整體格調很低，國內縣城私營賓館的水準

Large room with nice Harbour view, hotel staffs are nice and able to provide high standard of sanitation in service of guests…And the room rate is quite acceptable 👍

Kaunter penerimaan dan penyambut tetamu sentiasa ada. Hotel ini terletak strategik dalam kawasan “Golden Triangle” Kuching dan menghadap Sungai Sarawak serta Kuching Waterfront. Bilik dilengkapi kemudahan asas seperti penghawa dingin, TV satelit, minibar, teko elektrik/kemudahan membuat teh & kopi, meja kerja. Pilihan menu tempatan seperti nasi goreng, laksa Sarawak dan juga barisan sarapan ala Barat. Kaunter penerimaan 24 jam / Meja depan 24 jam

酒店故意坑顧客！服務很差！房間很舊，設施不科學，周圍環境很複雜，和酒店價錢很不匹配。完全不是以前住過的樣子。住酒店時，當時晚上12點了，在樓下咖啡店和朋友聊天，朋友沒有看到提醒，抽了半支煙，回房間休息睡著了，被服務員敲門驚醒，醒來一看，都凌晨1點鐘了，告知説剛才看到抽煙，要罰款。罰款這麼重要嗎？客人不需要休息嗎？而且既然看到抽煙，如果不允許，為什麼當時不制止呢？要等到事後客人睡著了，再敲門告知？客人的權利在哪裡？第二天結賬時，被強製罰款200馬幣，酒店有什麼權利罰款？是不是有意在坑顧客！

The hotel is decent being a very dated building. A very good value for money stay as it is right opposite of the waterfront. We asked for an extra bed for a fee during check in and was delivered within minutes after we got into our room. Easy access to the souvenir shops , and places to eat right around the corner. You can walk everywhere and hop on the hydrogen bus for a free ride within the city.

The rooms have this smell which i am not comfortable with, it was clean. However, location is strategic, easy commute to The Waterfront, all the streets are nearby.
